Phone GPS / location test
Allow location access, then check the coordinates and estimated accuracy. Updates run for up to 30 seconds; you can stop sooner.
Instructions
Location may come from GPS, Wi-Fi or cellular positioning. This does not isolate the GPS chip or show satellites. Coordinates stay on this page and are excluded from reports. Your browser/OS may use a location service.
Use an up-to-date mobile browser: Chrome, Safari, Samsung Internet, Firefox or Edge. If opened inside another app, open this link in your regular browser. Feature availability varies; unsupported is not a failed test.
Your phone check report
Working results are confirmed by you. Unsupported or skipped checks are not failures. This is an observation report, not a hardware certification.
